A few Things to Note

Happy Friday Everyone

• Tonight we will have a walk committee meeting at 6pm at the chapter office. If you are interested in helping out, just stop by. We are still in the planning stages, and could use your talents in all areas.
• Sunday at 1pm Jen Bohn with Witwers will be leading a group discussion on the Brushing Technique. Stop by with questions, and see if this technique may be useful to your child
• A bit of good news, I just heard that a Traders Joe's is opening in West Des Moines this week. Won't it be nice to not have to travel to Chicago or Madison? :) If you are a Facebook user, go on and join the group "Bring the Chuck to Cedar Rapids" where over 600 folks are trying to gather interest in bringing this organic grocery to our area!
